Digital Maturity Assessment

INCIT SIRI Certified.

The Imhotep I4.0 COE is staffed by INCIT SIRI-certified assessors — practitioners of the global standard for evaluating industrial digital maturity. SIRI (Smart Industry Readiness Index) was co-developed by the World Economic Forum and Singapore's EDB, and is now adopted in over 30 countries.

Our assessors evaluate manufacturing companies across 16 standardised dimensions of digital readiness, then deliver structured transformation roadmaps with clear sequencing, investment priorities, and measurable milestones.

Assessment capabilities

  • INCIT SIRI-certified assessors on staff — international benchmark standard
  • Structured assessment across 16 dimensions of digital readiness
  • Actionable 12-week transformation roadmaps
  • Sector coverage: manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma, chemicals, logistics, utilities, construction
  • Ongoing advisory and implementation support post-assessment
