MEMS for AR, Displays & Sensing

Optical Innovations

MEMS devices and optical circuits for augmented reality, display technology, and optical sensing applications. Our 600–1700 nm optical spectrum analyzers and probe stations enable characterization of optical MEMS, photonic integrated circuits, and LiDAR components.
